Return & Refund Policy
Because all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful, we only accept returns or exchanges in the case of damaged, misprinted, or defective items.
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. To start a return, email our support team with your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.
Printful will review the claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
We Cannot Accept Returns For
Buyer’s remorse or wrong size/color choice
Items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse
Custom or personalized products (unless defective)
Any product returned after 30 days from delivery
Because each item is printed individually, we cannot restock or resell returned products.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us immediately at [your email address]. We’ll coordinate with Printful to replace or refund your item promptly.
